Our Philosophy:
First and foremost, our team philosophy is to have fun. Kardia Robotics was designed to offer something new and provide a unique opportunity for homeschooled students. Many of our members would not have had the chance to learn about the principles of engineering, design, programming, and marketing if the STEM club did not exist. Therefore, it was determined that our club must offer students an enjoyable learning experience where they have the opportunity to expand and enrich their understanding of skills and attributes needed to be successful in the 21st Century.
Furthermore, we believe that the 4Cs of modern education are vital attributes that should be developed throughout our Kardia STEM Club experiences. We recognize how important the effective employment of these will be for future success. Therefore...
Ultimately, however, we recognize that all that we have is a gift from God. As a result we hope to glorify him through all of our Club activities. In acknowledging His love for us, we have purposely selected a passage from His Word that serves as our team motto and inspiration. Not only is our selected verse a symbolic expression of the synergistic actions of our robot, but it is a daily reminder to believers of our how our individual blessings, talents, and skills are used by God to successfully impact His will and plan.
Just as a body, though one, has many parts, but all its many parts form one body, so it is with Christ. 1 Corinthians 12:12 NIV
